What is PAYM?

With over  40 years of outreach experience targeted at youths between the ages of 12 and 35, the People's Association Youth Movement (PAYM) is a leading youth organisation that is led by the youths for the youths and the community.  Opportunities are aplenty for every PAYM member to practise and appreciate active citizenry, community awareness and social cohesion through our myriad of exciting activities and insightful programmes that meet the diverse needs of today's youths.
Through their involvement as volunteers or participants in these programmes, the PAYM members are given networking opportunities to interact and exchange experiences with fellow peers from multi-cultural backgrounds that Singapore is part of.

Not only do these opportunities provide a holistic learning experience through hands-on opportunities on community involvement, it also strengthens social bonds and cultivates a sense of national ownership and belonging amongst the communities.

This communal bonding is further reinforced at the various Community Clubs/Centres (CCs), where there is a PAYM @ your doorstep, bringing ease and accessibility for volunteering and participating.  There are a total of 99 Youth Executive Committees (YECs) run by dedicated volunteers who will plan and organise programmes and activities that are current and innovative for one and all.

Our Candidate - Mr Kenneth Wong (2nd from Right) was selected and featured at the PA Volunteer Recruitment Drive.
